SPH was engaged by Bethanie after winning a design competition for a new aged care facility in Dalyellup. The project will deliver 120 aged care beds over two floors. The design includes extensive landscaping works and allows landscaping to become a major feature throughout the facility.
CHALLENGES: Dalyellup is a bushfire prone area and required many elements to prevent ember attacks. Bushfire Engineers were engaged to consult on fire prevention in this unique area and various elements were incorporated into the design as a result including screening.
