The practice operates under the belief that good architecture should always produce good outcomes for clients, their staff and the general community. Our team see meeting the needs of end users as our primary focus to ensure the design process meets the requirements of all concerned.
SPH undertakes all of our drafting work in-house and we have deliberately chosen to operate a practice with a leaning towards engaging experienced senior drafting staff. This is a reflection on the importance the directors place on the standard of delivery of our projects and the respect in which we hold our clients. Our primary documentation platform is Revit, however we have strong capabilities in Revit and Autocad.
SPH also serve the State Government sector (currently engaged on the Pilbara Institutes’s Electrical and Instrumentation Centre of Excellence), and local government having recently completed the City of Perth’s Key Worker Housing Project.
SPH are on several architectural panels including the Department of Finance Building Management & Works Architecture and Interiors Panels, UWA, Aboriginal Aged Care Services and Western Power.
SPH’s specialist workplace design team understand “corporate office fitout”, however we backup this know-how with precise contract documentation and a rigorous delivery process. SPH is an ISO 9001:2008 quality assured company and registered architectural practice ensuring consistency in high quality standards both on and off site.
