Jamie has over 20 years experience in design, project management and contract administration of aged care, health, residential, commercial and industrial projects.

In addition to being a highly experienced project architect and contract administrator, Jamie is a leading expert in aged care and retirement living design and certification. In terms of private hospital experience, Jamie was Superintendents Representative for the refurbishment of Bethesda Hospital by Loughton Patterson. The project scope included main entry and reception, staff amenities, endoscopy unit and imaging department. Jamie undertook design architect, project architect and contract administration roles for a remote area nursing post and theatre in Bencubbin.

David has a wealth of experience in the built environment that has spanned over 35 years. David has worked on a wide range of projects in sectors which include commercial, education, justice, retail, residential, aged care, health, government, public, hospitality, tourism and sport.

His key objective is to create quality interior environments through efficient and effective planning environments that will be progressive, inviting to all and promote a sense of community at work. As SPH’s interior design director, he leads a dynamic and highly skilled team of individuals that strive to deliver exceptional interiors for our clients.

He brings over 10 years experience in architecture and property development with a strong foundation as a registered architect.

Health Campus and St John of God Hospital Subiaco Outpatient Clinics and Theatres.

With a focus towards contemporary design solutions, Lisa has vast experience across a number of Interior Design disciplines including education, commercial interiors and retail, whilst specialising in health and aged care and has worked on projects ranging in value from $450,000 to over $1 billion.

Beatriz is a Registered Architect with Project Management qualifications. She has over 18 years experience delivering aged care and health projects for government and private clients in Western Australia and internationally. She has extensive experience on regional projects, along with those in the metropolitan area, and is highly capable as a leader in project briefing, contract documentation and contract administration.

Beatriz was a health planner and architect for the Karratha Health Campus Project. The facility provides 40 hospital beds, an emergency department, ambulatory care centre, surgical centre, medical imaging and maternity wing.

She has also worked in large scale aged care, sporting and recreational facilities and competitions for complex multi-residential projects.

ABOUT

Heather has extensive experience in the documentation of a wide range of projects, primarily in the health and education sectors. In the role of documentation manager on most of the projects that I am involved in, Heather undertakes a wide variety of tasks in addition to the documentation of drawings, including liaising with consultants, coordination of architectural, structural and services disciplines, delegation of documentation tasks to colleagues and the review of documentation. Her greatest strength is in her ability to accurately visualise what she is drawing, understand how it is to be constructed, and communicate this clearly with great attention to detail.

Georgia is an accomplished and artistic Interior Designer with a commended ability to conceptualise an array of projects; in particular commercial, retail and hospitality. She has also been involved in a number of aged care projects over the years, and is well educated in this specialised design sector.

Georgia has advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, where she is able to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

She is also able to communicate through 3D graphic packages, including photo-realistic renders of projects across a number of sectors. Her skills in this area combined with her high attention to detail and vibrant design processes are an asset to the SPH Interior Design team.
