David has a wealth of experience in the built environment that has spanned over 35 years. David has worked on a wide range of projects in sectors which include commercial, education, justice, retail, residential, aged care, health, government, public, hospitality, tourism and sport.
His key objective is to create quality interior environments through efficient and effective planning environments that will be progressive, inviting to all and promote a sense of community at work. Such spaces should deliver long term flexibility, multiple use and functional adaptability. As SPH’s interior design director, he leads a dynamic and highly skilled team of individuals that strive to deliver exceptional interiors for our clients.

ABOUT
With a focus towards contemporary design solutions, Lisa has vast experience across a number of Interior Design disciplines including education, commercial interiors and retail, whilst specialising in health and aged care and has worked on projects ranging in value from $450,000 to over $1 billion.
She has expertise in all phases of interior design from concept to handover, including space planning, concept design and detail documentation. She has extensive product knowledge, and is client focused with a collaborative approach to all projects.
Lisa has extensive product knowledge, and approaches all projects with passion, creativity, imagination and an eye for detail. She has a ‘listen first and then respond’ attitude and enjoys working alongside architects and design teams to provide innovative, functional design solutions.
ABOUT
Jamie has over 20 years experience in design, project management and contract administration of aged care, health, residential, commercial and industrial projects.
In addition to being a highly experienced project architect and contract administrator, Jamie is a leading expert in aged care and retirement living design and certification. In terms of private hospital experience, Jamie was Superintendents Representative for the refurbishment of Bethesda Hospital by Loughton Patterson. The project scope included main entry and reception, staff amenities, endoscopy unit and imaging department. Jamie undertook design architect, project architect and contract administration roles for a remote area nursing post and theatre in Bencubbin.

Nick has excellent communication skills and exceptional ability to liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and builders. He is able to problem solve not only during the design stage but importantly during the construction stage of a project. Nick has a professional approach and is confident in all project aspects, with a reputation for achieving quick outcomes and reaching decisions to meet project objectives. He brings over 10 years experience in architecture and property development with a strong foundation as a registered architect.

ABOUT
Craig is a highly respected architect with a rigorous approach to design and management. He has many years’ experience with BOTH public and private sector commercial and industrial projects, as well as private corporate and government organisations. Craig has built an excellent profile of institutional and social commercial projects in challenging environments including regional areas.
Meg is a passionate, engaged graduate of Architecture whose focus lies in providing functional, accessible architecture that fosters health and wellbeing in its users. While she has applied this approach across a wide range of sectors, she has particular experience in the aged care and health sectors.
Her exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills are a result of her combined previous experience both in and outside the architectural industry.
She also has a strong skill set in the 3D / photo realistic visualization and video editing skills. This allows her to efficiently deliver visualization tools for projects during master planning, design, and construction stages, to ensure their successful development in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial building design development and contract documentation. His broad project experience and ability to communicate clearly and manage an experienced team of draftspeople collectively lead to successful project outcomes.
His attention to detail enables SPH to deliver well documented and coordinated information packages.
Nicholas is a registered architect with over 18 years of local industry experience in the design development and delivery of commercial and complex projects.
His methodical approach and conscientious professionalism have contributed to the successful delivery of a wide range of projects including national and independent retail, offices, warehouses, workshops, service stations, service centres, sporting facility, fast food outlets, hospitality and early childhood.

Orielle is a registered Architect with a focused, pragmatic approach to architectural design and project delivery.
Orielle has excellent communication and project management skills and has a methodical, goal orientated approach to the design process. Orielle has managed complex projects with a number of key stakeholders and consultants. During the design and construction stages Orielle demonstrates a balanced approach and the ability to problem solve to achieve a considered design and operational outcome for clients and end users.

Paul’s career to date has allowed him to gain valuable exposure to a diverse range of architectural sectors and disciplines including Aviation, Residential, Commercial and Retail. He has specialised in documentation, coordination, site analysis and onsite delivery, which has allowed him to take on higher levels of responsibility in architectural management and consultant/stakeholder relations.
As an architectural technician he has strong proficiency in use of BIM programs such as Revit & Navisworks and data mapping programs such as ArcGIS.He has played a key role in delivering major projects for Qantas & Etihad Airways, Perth & Sydney Airports and Westfield (Scentre Group) across Australia and New Zealand.
Anna is a registered architect with all around experience in taking projects from design through to construction. After completing her Masters of Architecture in 2016 she has gained experience across several sectors.
Anna has worked as the project Architect for Western Power for numerous jobs and has built her expertise across all stages of contract administration, and developed her technical and management skills. She has also worked in large scale aged care, sporting and recreational facilities and competitions for complex multi-residential projects.
Anna is an excellent communicator across all mediums, and works effectively as part of a team to deliver consistently high standards and ensure deadlines are met. Her creativity, technical skills and attention to detail maker her a valued team member.

Hayley has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial building design development and contract documentation. With over 10 years experience across a wide rang of projects, and her expertise in Revit, Hayley is a valued team member at SPH. With her skill and capacity she is integral in all stages of projects from masterplanning & sketch design through to completion.
Evan has over 30 years experience in architectural documentation, working on many different types of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Health Care sectors. He has also worked as a part time lecturer at Tafe in CAD/BIM related units. He enjoys keeping up with the latest advances in the field and is always looking for ways of more effectively communicating architectural design and detailing.
With over 20 years’ experience working with design technology solutions within the AEC industry, Luke has achieved a high level of technical skill, leadership and experience in the use of technology in the design and delivery of projects.
Michelle is a Graduate of Architecture with multidisciplinary experience and a strong portfolio of works completed within Residential, Education, Commercial and Public Transport. She has undertaken extensive detailing on design work from preliminary conceptual stages through to construction working drawings and built fabrication.
With extensive experience in façade and cladding systems for Design and Construct Projects, Michelle has a thorough understanding of structural knowledge and built fabrication. Her experience and capabilities allow her to undertake project coordination with initial client engagement and sub-consultants through to design delivery, project completion and administration of building works.
